Ingredients


  • 1 lb. (16oz) beef round, lean only
  • 1 cup (150g) green beans
  • 2½ cups (125g) carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (113ml) beef broth
  • 1 cup (200g) white rice
  • 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. mesquite seasonings, dry

Method


  1. Combine all ingredients except rice in crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours until beef shreds easily with a fork.
  3. Cook rice when crock pot is almost finished, per recipe directions.
  4. Serve crock pot ingredients over bed of rice.
