Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup (63g) soy sauce (to lower sodium, use less sodium version)
  • 1/4 cup (43g) brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup (88g) honey dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 one pound pork tenderloins

Method


  1. Combine first 6 ingredients and whisk.
  2. Place pork tenderloins in a plastic bag with the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Grill over medium heat 15-25 minutes until pork has reached an internal temp of 165˚F (73˚C) with a meat thermometer.
  4. Remove from grill and let sit for 15 minutes.
  5. Cut each pound into ¼ inch slices (with 4 servings per pound or approximately 3 oz. cooked per serving or 8 total servings).
  6. Fabulous warm or served cold for sandwiches!
