Ingredients


  • 1 lb. (16oz) chicken breast tenders
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 each green, red, and yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, roughly cut
  • 1/2 cup (113ml) Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 small can pineapple chunks
  • Served over 1 cup (200g) brown rice

Method


  1. Sauté chicken tenders in a large sauté pan, prepared with nonstick cooking spray, until no longer pink.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Replace with onion and peppers. Sauté until crisp tender.
  4. Add cooked chicken, water chestnuts, pineapple chunks, and teriyaki sauce.
  5. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
  6. Serve over brown rice.
