Ingredients


  • 14 oz. (397g) can great northern beans,rinsed and drained
  • 14 oz. (397g) can diced tomatoes
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2/3 cup (77g) uncooked macaroni
  • 3 or more cups (710ml) water

Method


  1. Spray a nonstick 4-quart pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add onion and carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes, spices, and water; bring to a boil.
  4. Add macaroni and beans and boil for 10 minutes until macaroni is al dente. Stir frequently.
  5. Ladle into a big bowl and enjoy!
