Ingredients


  • 2 large cans of chunk white chicken breast, drained - shredded with fork to break up
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (65g) fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Method


  1. Shred chicken in a medium size mixing bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix.
  3. Optional Fat Free additions: chopped apple, grapes, sweet relish or crushed pineapple
