Ingredients


  • 1, 16 oz. (453g) bag of shredded green cabbage, carrots and red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup (75g) golden or black raisins
  • 2 tbsp. light mayonnaise (3.5 g fat per tbsp.)
  • 2 tbsp. fat-free mayo or non-fat Greek yogurt or fat-free sour cream/fat free greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 5 packets artificial sweetener or 3 tbsp. sugar
  • squeeze of fresh lemon
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method


  1. Put cabbage mixture in a large bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend thoroughly.
  3. Chill to let flavors blend and serve.
