Ingredients


  • 16 oz. (453g) can lower-sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup (175g) chopped fresh Roma tomato
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen corn, thawed
  • 1/2 cup (75g) chopped green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. minced red onion
  • 1/4 cup (88g) salsa (as spicy as you like it)
  • juice from 1 lime

Method


  1. Mix all ingredients. Chill and serve as a main course or side salad.
