Ingredients


  • 2 cups (450ml) skim milk
  • 1/4 cup (35g) all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. seasoned Salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper (or to taste)

Method


  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender or container with lid and shake until well blended
  2. Heat a skillet on medium heat.
  3. When warm, add gravy mixture to skillet and slowly stir until thickened to your desired consistency.
