Ingredients


  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon soft tub margarine
  • 1/4 cup (25g) shallots, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (56ml) fat free, low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup (76g) Stonewall Kitchen Caramelized Onion Mustard
  • 1/2 cup (113ml) evaporated skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped

Method


  1. Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shallots and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add chicken broth and Caramelized Onion Mustard and bring to simmer.
  4. Slowly add evaporated skim milk and tarragon. Stir as it thickens slightly.
  5. Add cooked chicken breast and heat through.
