Ingredients


  • 1 lb. (16oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup (43g) packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup (75ml) orange juice
  • 1/2 cup (88g) raisins
  • 8 oz. (226g) canned pineapple chunks with juice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Method


  1. Put all ingredients into crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  3. Serve over steamed rice, if desired.
