Ingredients


  • 2 tsp. Canola Oil
  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb. (16oz) extra lean ground turkey breast (99% fat-free)
  • 1 can (15 oz.)(425g) no salt added corn (or use frozen equivalent)
  • 1 can (15 oz.)(425g) no salt added diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz.)(425g) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (15 oz.)(425g) low sodium Goya dark kidney beans
  • 1/2 packet reduced sodium chili seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. salt-free Fiesta Lime seasoning

Method


  1. Sautee onion and garlic in canola oil.
  2. Add turkey meat until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add mixture to crock pot.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer in crock pot 4-6 hours.
  5. Garnish with fat-free sour cream/fat free greek yogurt.
