Ingredients


  • 2, 10 ounce (283g) bags of frozen corn kernels
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, diced
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 russet potatoes, washed and diced
  • 4, 12 ounce (340g) cans of fat-free evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Method


  1. Chop bacon, celery, onion, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place all ingredients in crock pot.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
