Ingredients


  • 16 oz. (453g) of fat-free cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (113g) of granulated white sugar (or 1/2 cup (113g) sweetner)
  • 3/4 cup (190g) fat-free plain Greek yogurt, room temperature
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla
  • 4 egg whites or ½ cup liquid egg whites
  • 2 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. of all purpose flour
  • Optional topping - Lite cherry pie filling or fresh berries

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. Spray a 9 inch spring form pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar (or non-calorie sweetener) and vanilla and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add yogurt, egg whites, lemon juice and flour and continue to mix.
  5. Pour evenly into prepared spring form pan.
  6. Bake until firm and springs back at touch, 30-40 minutes.
  7. Let cool completely.
  8. If choose, add additional topping.
