Ingredients


  • 4 cups (600g) cooked green beans, cut into 11/2-inch slices
  • 15 oz. (425g) can of Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom condensed soup
  • 1/2 cup (113ml) skim milk
  • 1 tsp. dried minced onion
  • Dash black pepper
  • 1 tsp. canola oil
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup (63g) Panko bread crumbs

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. Place green beans in 11/2-2 quart casserole dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix condensed soup, milk, dried minced onion, and dash black pepper.
  4. Pour over green beans.
  5. Heat 1 tsp. canola oil in nonstick pan and cook onions until golden.
  6. Spread over top green bean mixture.
  7. Sprinkle Panko bread crumbs on top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
