Ingredients


  • 1 package of 6 yellow sponge cake dessert shells (6 per package)
  • 2 cups (400g) sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can Reddi-wip Fat Free whipped cream

Method


  1. Add Strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract to a pot
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring regularly for about 4 minutes (until liquid is covering bottom of pot)
  3. Take off heat and put in a bowl
  4. Put strawberry mixture into the freezer for ten minutes
  5. Build the strawberry shortcake with dessert shell on bottom, then
  6. Add 1/6 of strawberry mixture to each shell
  7. Add 2 Tablespoons of Reddi-wip Fat Free whipped cream on top of each shell
  8. And Enjoy!
