Ingredients


  • 1- 15 ounce (425g) can of Lima beans, with liquid
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 1/2 cup (25g) of fresh coriander/cilantro
  • 3 green onions/spring onions, chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 serrano pepper, without seeds, chopped (optional)

Method


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend to a desired consistency of chunky to smooth.
