Ingredients


  • 1½ cups (338g) of Healthy Choice Pasta Sauce, Garlic & Herbs
  • 6 Sargento string cheese, light
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1/4 cup (2 large eggs) egg whites

Method


  1. Cut each of the mozzarella cheese sticks in half.
  2. Lay the cut mozzarella cheese stick on a wonton and roll it up, folding the sides so the cheese doesn’t pop out while baking.
  3. Lay them all out on a pan, evenly distributed.
  4. Spread egg whites over the wonton wrappers to create a nice browning effect during the baking process and to prevent the cheese sticks from drying out.
  5. Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted to your preference.
  6. Serve warm, and dip into the pasta sauce for a delicious treat!
