Ingredients


  • 1 box orange cake mix
  • 1 can peach pie filling
  • 1/2 cup eggbeaters (or 4 egg whites)
  • 1/2 cup (123g) fat-free sour cream/fat free greek yogurt
  • 8 oz. (226g) fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 small box fat-free, sugar-free vanilla pudding
  • 20 oz. (566g) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 8 oz. (226g) fat-free Cool Whip

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. Mix cake ingredients well and pour into cake pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. You can use a tube pan or 13”x9”.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let cool completely.
  6. Mix first 3 frosting ingredients well and then fold in fat-free Cool Whip.
  7. Frost cooled cake.
