Ingredients


  • 1 pound of sole or flounder
  • 1 cup (125g) dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (55g) Fat Free French or Thousand Island dressing

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Dip fish into dressing, then into bread crumbs.
  3. Spray cookie sheet with Pam and arrange fish.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  5. Flip half of the way through.
  6. Serve with lemon or more dressing to dip.
