Ingredients


  • 1 box of super moist devil's food cake mix (15.25 oz.)(432g)
  • 1 can of pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup (60g) of powdered low-fat peanut butter (optional but included in nutrient analysis)
  • 1/4 cup (56ml) of water and 2 tbsp. of water (use only to mix with peanut butter)

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F (204°C).
  2. Prepare in an 8”x8” pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Mix the cake mix and canned pumpkin really well in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the mix evenly in the prepared pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter and water and swirl it on top of cake mix.
  6. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
