  • 1/2 cup (100g) nonfat refried beans, spicy or regular (warmed in the microwave)
  • 2 tbsp. salsa
  • 1/4-1/2 (50-100g) cup chopped fresh tomato
  • 1/4 cup (25g) nonfat or 2% shredded Mexican-flavor or cheddar cheese
  • 1 fat-free or low-fat flour tortilla

Method


  1. Place tortilla on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Spread tortilla with warm beans and salsa and top with tomato and cheese.
  3. Microwave on high to heat.
  4. Fold over and enjoy!
