Ingredients


  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon butter-flavored sprinkles (i.e. Butter Buds or Molly McButter)
  • 1 packet ranch salad dressing mix (1 ounce)(28g)
  • Water, as needed

Method


  1. Put mushrooms in a slow cooker.
  2. Mix the butter buds with the ranch dressing mix. Add just enough water to make it possible to pour the mixture over the mushrooms.
  3. Pour the mixture over the mushrooms, stir and cook on low 3 to 4 hours.
  4. The mushrooms eventually give off some water and that helps make the sauce.
  5. If the mushrooms ever look dry, add a small amount of water and stir to make the sauce again.
