Ingredients


  • 12 oz. (340g) can tuna in water
  • 10 oz. (283g) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup (113ml) skim milk
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen peas
  • 8 oz. (226g) can sliced mushrooms
  • small jar pimentos
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • white or black pepper, to taste
  • Fat-free butter spray
  • 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese as a topping (if desired)
  • 4 cups (800g) of cooked pasta of your choice

Method


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mushrooms, soup and milk and blend thoroughly. Add tuna, peas, pimentos and spices.
  2. Spray about 15 times with butter spray, if desired, and stir well.
  3. Heat for 4 minutes on high.
  4. Serve over 1 cup of cooked pasta.
  5. Top each portion with 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese, if desired.
