Ingredients


  • 2 large apples (red or green)(diced)
  • 1 cup (100g) grapes (halved)
  • 2 cups (450g) chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup (125g) Fat Free Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon

Method


  1. Dice apples.
  2. Combine apples, grapes, and celery in a large bowl
  3. Add rest of ingredients to bowl and mix.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and chill and serve later.
