  • 1 box (15.25 oz.) (432g) Spice Super Moist Cake Mix
  • 1 can (15 oz.) (425g) pumpkin
  • You can use any flavor Super Moist Cake Mix with canned pumpkin to make a quick and easy low fat cake.

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. Mix both ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well blended (batter will be thick).
  3. Spread into a 13”X 9” inch glass baking dish prepared with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
  5. Cool and serve with fat-free whipped topping, nonfat yogurt or ice cream or drizzle with nonfat milk and confectioners’ sugar.
