Ingredients


  • 2 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1¼ cup (315g) nonfat plain yogurt

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add nonfat yogurt. Mix flour and yogurt mixture.
  5. Should make 8 biscuits. You can make drop biscuits or spread the dough onto a floured surface and pat down to about ¾ inch thick. Cut with a round floured cutter.
  6. Bake until golden brown. 12 minutes.
