Ingredients


  • 1 package of frozen strawberries (10 oz)(283g)
  • 1/2 cup (113g) sugar
  • 2/3 cup (150ml) fat free half and half

Method


  1. Put fruit and sugar in a food processor or blender and process until the fruit is roughly chopped.
  2. While processor is running, slowly pour the half and half in and continue to process until it is fully incorporated.
  3. If you like the consistency of soft-serve ice cream, serve immediately. If you like ice cream to be firm, freeze it until it is firm.
